The essentials

• Kairos is an information and analysis tool for crypto assets – not investment advice and no recommendation to buy or sell.
• We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or passwords.
• Kairos holds no money or crypto assets and does not execute trades for you.
• You make your own decisions and bear the risk. Crypto assets can fall sharply, all the way to a total loss.
• The basic features are free and work without an account.
• If you have questions or problems, write to us via the contact form – we will first look for a solution together.

Provider and scope

Kairos (kairoscrypto.ch) is a service of Medin Murtezani (sole proprietorship), Rischstrasse 3, 6030 Ebikon, Switzerland (legal notice). These terms apply to all use of Kairos – with or without an account, free or with a plan. The community rules also apply to the weekly pick and the forum.

What Kairos is – and what it is not

Kairos provides information and analyses. None of it is investment advice, a recommendation or a call to buy, sell or hold cryptocurrencies or other financial instruments – including the AI texts, reality checks, trade analyses, hype reports, news classifications and posts by other users.

Kairos is not a financial institution, asset manager, exchange or broker. We do not manage assets and give no recommendations tailored to your personal situation. Calculators such as the trade check and the portfolio analysis only work with your own inputs and show what follows from them – the decision is yours.

Evaluations of the past (backtests, hit rates, scenarios) are hypothetical, retrospective and calculated without fees. They are not a forecast. Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile; a total loss is possible. Leveraged products can lead to losses beyond your stake. More in the risk notice.

Security: we never ask for your keys

• Kairos never asks for your seed phrase (recovery phrase), private keys, exchange API keys or passwords – not on the website, by email, chat or phone, or on social media.
• Kairos never asks for payment in crypto assets, never asks you to send money or crypto assets to third parties, and offers no investment, staking or profit programmes.
• The portfolio is read-only: you add public addresses or holdings, never access rights.
• If anyone asks you for such data or for money in the name of Kairos, it is fraud. Do not hand anything over and report it to us via the contact form.

Independence

Kairos receives no money from coin projects, exchanges or issuers for ratings, placements or mentions and uses no affiliate or referral links. Scores and rankings are produced by fixed rules in the code; a better rating cannot be bought.

Data and AI

Prices and metrics come from public sources (e.g. CoinGecko, Binance, DefiLlama). We check them for plausibility but give no guarantee that they are correct, complete or up to date. Kairos calculates numbers in code; the AI only phrases. AI texts can still contain errors.

Account

• An account is optional. You must be at least 18 years old.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts – especially to influence the leaderboard – are not allowed.
• You use an email address you have access to and protect your access.
• Usernames must not insult, deceive or pose as Kairos, moderation or brands.
• You can delete your account at any time in the settings.

Plans (Kairos Plus, Pro and Max)

• A plan extends allowances and features as described on the “Kairos Pro” page at the time you subscribe. Even with a plan, Kairos gives no investment advice and no buy or sell signals.
• Contracting parties: Kairos (Medin Murtezani, sole proprietorship, see imprint) provides the software and remains responsible for the service – features, availability and product questions. Purchase and payment are handled by Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company) as reseller and merchant (“Sold through Link”); Link's terms also apply to the purchase. The entry on your statement starts with “LINK.COM*”.
• Prices: per month including taxes (VAT or sales tax). The currency depends on your location: Swiss francs in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, euros in euro countries, US dollars elsewhere. On the payment page Stripe may convert the amount into your local currency; any surcharge is shown beforehand.
• Term: the plan runs monthly and renews automatically every month at the same price until you cancel.
• Founder offer (code FOUNDER50): 50% off Plus, Pro and Max for as long as the subscription runs without interruption. The discount lapses if you cancel. New subscribers only (first subscription), at most 10 redemptions in total, redeemable until 31 December 2026. The checkout page shows the amount that applies before you subscribe.
• Cancellation: at any time with effect from the end of the paid month – via “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of every page (no sign-in needed), in the settings under “Manage plan”, in your Link account at link.com or by e-mail to the address in the imprint.
• Switching plans: at any time via “Manage plan”; Stripe prorates the difference.
• Failed payment: Stripe retries the payment and informs you by e-mail. If it does not succeed, access to plan features ends no later than three days after the end of the paid period; your account and data are kept.
• Refunds: after an ordinary cancellation the plan runs until the end of the paid period; there is no pro-rata refund. In certain cases Link may refund within 60 days of the purchase (refunds with Link). Refunds are made in the currency you paid in. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
• Consumers' right of withdrawal: 14 days from conclusion of the contract – details and the model form in the withdrawal instructions. If you expressly request that the plan starts immediately, you pay pro rata for the time used if you withdraw. You can also withdraw online via “Withdraw from contract” at the bottom of every page; we confirm receipt by e-mail without delay.
• If you delete your account, a running plan ends immediately; the period already paid is not refunded pro rata. If you want to use the plan until the end, cancel first and delete your account afterwards.
• Receipts and invoices are e-mailed to you by Link; you can also find them in the customer portal and in your Link account at link.com.
• Fair use: every plan includes a monthly AI allowance. Automated mass requests and sharing an account are not allowed; in case of abuse we may restrict features.
• We announce price or service changes by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel until then.
• Complaints: if something does not work as described, contact us via the contact form. We usually reply within 2 working days.

Weekly pick

The weekly pick is a game without stakes. There are no prizes, no winnings and nothing to pay; points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred. The scoring is described on the page. In case of data errors we may recalculate or cancel a round. Not a prize game, not an investment recommendation.

“Green or Red?”

“Green or Red?” is a game without stakes and without prizes. Points, ranks, badges, crowns and titles are purely cosmetic, have no monetary value and cannot be transferred.

The BTCUSDT daily candle on Binance (UTC) is decisive. If price data is missing or obviously wrong, we may score a candle later or without points. Multiple accounts and automated picking are not allowed; in case of abuse we may remove points and awards. The game is not a forecast and not investment advice.

Test drive

The test drive is a simulation with real prices: no real money is used, nothing is bought or sold and no order is passed on to an exchange. Rear-view mirror, crash test and report card describe the past; they are not a forecast and not investment advice.

The prices of the respective USDT pair on Binance apply: at the start the price at the moment of the start, afterwards the daily close (UTC). Prices may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; in that case we may evaluate a day later or end a test drive without a report card. The amount in francs or euros is converted into US dollars at a fixed exchange rate at the start.

How many test drives you can start depends on your access: once without an account, 1 per calendar month with a free account, 3 per week with Kairos Plus, 5 with Pro and 15 with Max. The week starts on Monday at 00:00 UTC, the month on the first at 00:00 UTC. Multiple accounts or other ways of getting around the allowances are not allowed.

The leaderboard involves no stake and no prizes. Places, scores and ranks are purely cosmetic, have no monetary value and say nothing about future results. In case of abuse, for example with multiple accounts, we may remove accounts from the leaderboard. For the leaderboard, the first test drive started from the account in each calendar month (UTC) counts; test drives started without an account and taken over later don't count.

Not allowed

• Circumventing limits or fetching Kairos automatically to an extent that impairs operation
• Attacks on the technology, exploiting security vulnerabilities
• Advertising, spam, referral or affiliate links, pump-and-dump and other market manipulation
• Content that infringes the rights of others or is unlawful
• Systematically copying or reselling content from Kairos

Availability

We offer the free basic version without any claim to constant availability; for plans, the section “Plans” also applies. Data sources or the AI can fail or deliver incorrect values. We check data for plausibility and show a notice when a source is unavailable. Features may change or be discontinued.

Liability

Kairos provides information, not guarantees. Whether and how you buy, hold or sell crypto assets is your decision alone; you bear price losses and lost profits from such decisions yourself. We give no warranty for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party data and AI texts.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are only liable if we breach an essential obligation – an obligation whose fulfilment makes the use of Kairos possible in the first place and on which you may rely – and only for foreseeable, typical damage. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory liability, for example under product liability law, remains unaffected.

Problems and disputes

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us first via the contact form or at team.swissai@gmail.com. We usually reply within 2 working days and look for a solution together.

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence.

The place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office (Ebikon, Canton of Lucerne, Switzerland), unless the law mandatorily provides for another place of jurisdiction – in particular, consumers can also sue and be sued at their place of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may adapt these terms, for example when features or laws change. The version shown on this page at the time of your visit applies. We inform account holders of material changes by email in advance; if you do not agree, you can delete your account. For running plans, changes only take effect after 30 days' notice; you can cancel until then.

Final provisions

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. These terms are available in German, English, Spanish and Korean; the German version is authoritative.
